We are now integrating IVGE into the downstream purification phase of bioengineering and can now specifically and effectively change the glycation type, and thus the bioactivity, all of the manufacturing complicating GMP requirements. The feasibility of adopting the IVGE process at a manufacturing scale needs to be tested and optimized for each application.
